REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns under this policy.
